Hostas are often touted as the best shade-loving plants for the perennial garden. At Plant Delights Nursery our hostas are all container-grown and are multiple-division plants that you can immediately divide.

Do you have any hostas that good for eating (supposedly fortunei is the tastiest)?
To the best of my knowledge all hostas are relatively similar as far as being edible. One important factor is to harvest the leaves in the morning when they will be the most hydrated. Select newest growth while the leaves are still rolled up. The leaves become more bitter as they age.
