Spear-leaf Holly Fern

Winter is the time when all the evergreen ferns shine, and there are few fern genera that look better in winter than the holly ferns. A favorite that’s rarely offered is the spear-leaf holly fern, Cyrtomium lonchitoides, which hails from Japan, China, and Vietnam. This has the smallest pinnae of the hardy holly ferns, which results in a finer texture than the species with larger pinnae. Hardiness Zone 6a-8b. We will have these available for sale in January 2026.

  1. Website has lost my info, asking me to subscribe, after blocking me for security reasons and demanding proof of humanity. Please confirm my membership and subscription? The internet is getting weirder and weirder.
