Borrowing the tag line from the late Fred Rodgers, we’re searching for someone who wants to be our neighbor. The family of our recently deceased next door neighbor is putting their parents former home up for sale, which abuts JLBG. The 5.28 acre wooded property at 9257 Sauls Road, is mostly wooded, and includes a lower wetland area on the east end. Built in 1987, the single family, 3 bedroom/3 bathroom home contains 2114 heated square feet, as well as an unfinished basement and attic. The wood-working shop and detached garage sit adjacent to the main house. Towering over the camellia collection are a dense canopy of large pines and oaks. Obviously, we’re looking for some nice neighbors, who hopefully are equally interested in living next door to a botanical garden.
