A Charming Coral

Flowering this week is the amazing ‘Coral Charm’ peony. This Gold Medal winning, Sam Wissing (1899-1970) hybrid, was registered in 1964. Sam’s breeding focus was on coral colored flowers with strong stems. I’d say this plant has certainly withstood the test of time.

  1. I believe I bought this Coral Charm peony from Plant Delights. I can’t seem to figure out how to look up my order history. ANYWAY, It was blooming on April 11th in Charlotte, NC. I can confirm the strength and florabundance of this plant! Stunningly beautiful.
