Our patches of Lithops (Living Stones) seem to enjoyed their first snow in years. This is something they never see in their native haunts, the deserts of South Africa. The experience and the accompanying 14 degree F temperatures have left them nonplussed.

I just moved to EASTERN NC (Zone 8b), about
an hour from the OUTER BANKS🌊, from
MEBANE NC (Zone 8a), I was EXCITED, thinking
maybe I could TRY🫣 to GROW some LITHOPS,
OUTSIDE…now I see, I’ve could’ve (maybe), been
growing them in MEBANE, all along!!!🤔
It is pretty cool, isn’t it!
